Hi, I'm Chanthanu Parikshath Nagarajan. You can call me Chan.
I'm a Senior Product Manager who's spent the last 7+ years figuring out how to make software actually useful, not just impressive in a demo.
Most recently at Fireflies.ai, I own five product lines: Voice Agents, Integrations, Slack Assistant, Deal Intelligence, and Email Assistant.
In the last year alone, I built AI Voice Agents from 0 to 1, driving everything from product vision and design to pricing, GTM, and post-launch success loops. It enabled AI-led recruiting calls, discovery, research, and support, and hit 10K+ MAU as a net new product line.
I also scaled the integrations ecosystem from ~50 to 110+ in 12 months, owning the full picture - powering 100K+ daily workflows across CRM, ATS, Dialers, PJMT, and automation platforms.
What drives me is the space between what AI can do and what it actually does in people's day-to-day. Most products are impressive once. The hard work is making them indispensable every day, and that's the problem I keep coming back to.
